ALCOHOL SUPPORT WITH DAYBREAK
Life is full of challenges – and how we deal with them is different for everyone. If you find you’re drinking more to get through tough times, Daybreak can help you take the first step to changing your relationship with alcohol for the better.
Daybreak is Hello Sunday Morning’s online behaviour change program*. It's an app that provides 24/7 digital support and connects you anonymously with a like-minded online community trying to change their relationship with alcohol.
Daybreak offers a welcoming and safe environment to help you change your drinking habits to benefit your health.
WHO CAN ACCESS THE PROGRAM?
The Daybreak app is fully subsidised by the Australian Department of Health, which means all Australians get free access.
HCF members may also have access to additional mental health support.
THE BENEFITS OF DAYBREAK
HCF will not be notified if you have downloaded the Daybreak app. HCF will not send any of your details to Hello Sunday Morning, the not-for-profit charity that operates the Daybreak app.
Using the Daybreak app through your HCF membership does not affect your membership cost or level of cover with HCF in any way.
