HCF RESEARCH FOUNDATION TRANSLATIONAL RESEARCH GRANTS

Expressions of interest for the Translational Research Grants scheme are now open.

The HCF Research Foundation Translational Research Grants (TRG) scheme is focused on responding to health issues identified within health care provider communities, and the translation of research findings into practice by health service delivery stakeholders. Through this scheme, the Foundation aims to facilitate the implementation of cost-effective evidence-based innovation into health care delivery to improve outcomes and the experience of patients, carers and health care workers.

HCF RESEARCH FOUNDATION HEALTH SERVICES RESEARCH GRANTS

Expressions of interest for the Health Services Research Grants scheme are now closed.

The HCF Research Foundation funds research proposals that use and enhance current knowledge to improve healthcare outcomes, including the quality, efficiency, equity of and access to health services. Through the Health Services Research Grants scheme, the HCF Research Foundation aims to deliver better health outcomes and access to affordable, high-quality health care when and where it is needed.

2025 Australian General Practice Research Foundation HCF RESEARCH FOUNDATION RESEARCH GRANT

Expression of interest for the 2025 grant are now closed.

The HCF Research Foundation and Australian General Practice Research Foundation have established a research grant to fund research into health services issues of relevance to general practice.  This grant has a health services research focus. The main goals of health services research are identifying the most effective ways to organise, manage, finance, and deliver high quality care; reducing medical errors; and improving patient safety. Research should lead to improved healthcare outcomes, including the quality, efficiency, equity of, and access to, health services.
