Daybreak is Hello Sunday Morning’s online behaviour change program*. It's an app that provides 24/7 digital support and connects you anonymously with a like-minded online community trying to change their relationship with alcohol.​

Daybreak offers a welcoming and safe environment to help you change your drinking habits to benefit your health.

WHO CAN ACCESS THE PROGRAM?

The Daybreak app is fully subsidised by the Australian Department of Health, which means all Australians get free access.

HCF members may also have access to additional mental health support

HOW TO SIGN UP TO DAYBREAK

  1. Download the Daybreak app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Complete your registration.
  3. Start your Daybreak alcohol support journey to better health and wellbeing.

YOUR PRIVACY

HCF will not be notified if you have downloaded the Daybreak app. HCF will not send any of your details to Hello Sunday Morning, the not-for-profit charity that operates the Daybreak app. 

The only information that Hello Sunday Morning will receive is the information you provide about yourself when you register to use the Daybreak app. HCF won’t receive any personal information about what’s discussed during your Daybreak conversations. Read Hello Sunday Morning’s privacy policy.

Using the Daybreak app through your HCF membership does not affect your membership cost or level of cover with HCF in any way.
