WHEN A LOVED ONE HAS PASSED AWAY
HOW TO NOTIFY US
We want to make it easier for you to let us know about the death of a family member or friend, so we’ve partnered with the Government’s Australian Death Notification Service (ADNS).
ADNS is a single online location where people can notify multiple organisations at once that someone has died. It’s free to use and means less administration for you during a difficult time.
Once the details you provided ADNS are confirmed, HCF will automatically receive the Death Certificate number and your details. Then we’ll contact you and guide you through the next steps.
Other ways to notify us
If you’d prefer to let us help you over the phone, through email or in person, you can call us on 13 13 34, email us at service@myhcf.com.au or visit your local branch.
