How do I redeem offers?

Login or register your details at hcf.com.au/members, follow the links to find out more about HCF Thank You and click to redeem the offers.

How do I purchase?

Select your offer and follow the prompts through to the checkout. Some brands offer the option of email delivery for you, or to someone else as a gift. Other brands provide a promotion code. Simply go to the website and enter the promo code to access your discount. 

How do I use the movie vouchers?

You can either take your movie voucher to the ticket sales desk at the cinema and use your voucher as payment or submit your movie voucher code online on your chosen cinema website.

How long does it take for a physical or digital voucher to be delivered?

Physical vouchers will arrive within 5-7 business days. Digital vouchers are dispatched at time of purchase. Some email servers can experience delays so please allow up to 24 hours for a digital voucher to appear in your inbox. Make sure to check your Spam / Junk folder.

Who do I contact if I don’t receive my voucher?

For email delivery, first check your Spam / Junk Folder. If you can’t locate it please phone our HCF Thank You rewards hotline 1300 050 562 or email enquiries@hcfthankyou.com.au

What payment methods do you accept for vouchers?

We accept MasterCard/Visa. All payments are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption. All credit card payments are processed in real-time for your security and peace of mind. 

What do I do if my vouchers are lost, stolen or damaged?

Please treat your vouchers as if they were cash. If your voucher has been lost or stolen, please phone our HCF Thank You rewards hotline 1300 050 562 or email enquiries@hcfthankyou.com.au

What happens when my voucher expires?

From the expiry or cancellation of the voucher, you have no right to the voucher’s balance, and the issuer has no further liability to you regarding the balance. 

Are there any additional fees or charges that apply when purchasing vouchers?

A 1% credit card surcharge will apply for all purchases made via credit card. A delivery fee for physical gift cards may also apply (where applicable).
