SET UP DIRECT CREDIT FOR FASTER CLAIMS
The quickest way to get your claims paid is to set up direct credit, so we can pay your claims directly into your bank account. To do this you'll need to give us your bank account details. You can update your bank details by:
- logging in to online member services
- using the My Membership app
- calling us on 13 13 34 (Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun: 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT)
- visiting us in an HCF branch.
