You consent to HCF using email as the preferred method of communication for important updates, notifications, and other relevant information regarding our products and services, or we may contact you by other methods such as phone or post where necessary.
You agree to your information being collected, stored and used by HCF and HCF Life in accordance with the HCF Privacy Policy (see further details in the Privacy Collection Notice).

HCF Life Insurance Company Pty Ltd (HCF Life) collects the information that you provide to process your application to purchase Cash Back Cover. HCF Life is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia Ltd (HCF). If you do not provide this information, you will be unable to purchase Cash Back Cover.
