HOSPITAL PROVIDERS

SYSTEM SHUTDOWN

HCF is currently undertaking a major systems upgrade. As part of the transition, regular services including the ECLIPSE eligibility and claiming channels will not be available as follows:

During the period 7.30pm (AEST) 1 October 2020 to approximately 12pm (AEDT) 6 October 2020 the following ECLIPSE services will not be available:

  • ECLIPSE hospital eligibility
  • ECLIPSE claiming

During the period 7.30pm (AEST) 1 October 2020 to approximately 6am (AEDT) 6 October 2020 the following services will not be available:

  • Data submission for HCP, Safety & Quality, Audits
  • Access to remittance advice and benefits statements
  • HICAPS and HealthPoint claiming
  • Access to the HCF Hospital Provider Portal – including membership eligibility and downloading forms
  • Access to the HCF Medical Provider Portal – including downloading of Medicover benefit schedules and forms
  • Access to all other HCF systems
