The HCF Thank You application (the Application) is provided to you by The Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia Ltd (HCF, we, our).
If you choose to use the Application, we will collect personal information from you during the registration process and while you are using the Application. We use this information to register you for the Application, including validating that you are a member of HCF, and to provide you with access to offers and rewards. We also collect information about how you use the Application including your interests and preferences and the rewards selected as well as information about your mobile device (if applicable). We collect information from our third party service providers and retail partners about the purchases you make using our rewards program.
We will use your personal information to allow you to access the Application, personalise content displayed to you in the Application, inform you of HCF health and wellbeing services and promotions, manage and evaluate the Application, including management of the redemption of rewards, and undertaking research analytics and trend analysis. Our use of your personal information will be in accordance with the HCF Privacy Policy and HCF Thank You app Terms and Conditions.
To manage and administer your rewards through the Application and respond to any queries about our retail partners, we will share your personal information with our third party service providers when you select a reward including Think Wink Pty Ltd, TCN Group Pty Ltd and Mastercard.
If you do not provide, or we otherwise cannot collect, all of the personal information requested, you may not be able to register for an account on the Application and/or may not be able to use all of the features of the Application.
With your consent, we may also use your personal information to inform you via the Application or via other electronic communication (for example, email or text) about products and services that may be of interest to you that are offered by us or our partners.
