Mother's Day Classic 2018

A partnership for long term impact

Our partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation is just one example of how we’re playing an active role in driving positive change in Australians' health.

At HCF, Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, we champion the wellbeing of all Australians. As part of this commitment, we partner with organisations that drive positive change through research and education.

By engaging and educating the community, promoting an active lifestyle and fundraising for a healthier future, the Mother’s Day Classic encompasses many of the things we care about.

Walk for cancer research

Join Team HCF at any Mother’s Day Classic event for a great day out with friends and family and help raise funds for breast cancer research.

Taking part in the Mother’s Day Classic is easy, with events taking place in 80 locations all over Australia. You can choose to walk or run a course length of your choice (between 4 and 8km) and many people make it even more fun by wearing fancy dress.

Entry fees are between $25 and $50, depending on when you register and whether you plan to walk, run or support in spirit (children under 3 are free).

Anyone can join Team HCF. Here's how:

  1. Register for the event
  2. Once you've logged in and selected your course, you'll be given the option to participate with a team. Click 'yes' then enter 'Team HCF'
  3. Complete your registration
  4. Don't forget to encourage your friends and family to register and enjoy a great day out.
