Our teams are working hard to provide the best possible service to our members and patients, and to deliver them the Uncommon Care they deserve. Like many healthcare services and businesses across Australia, a large proportion of our staff are affected by COVID-19 which significantly impacts our ability to maintain services.
Our HCF Dental Centres are open for the provision of a full range of dental care, however some of our smaller centres may need to close for short periods. We’ll continue to take all possible precautions to protect the safety and well-being of our patients and staff.
All HCF Eyecare Centres are now open. We’re currently experiencing a high demand for appointments at some centres and appreciate your patience and understanding. Please note that our trading hours are subject to change based on COVID-19 restrictions.
It’s almost business as usual in our call centres and our teams are here to help. We ask for your patience if it takes a little longer to answer your call.
