HCF award winner in customer service excellence

27 October 2016: HCF has been recognised for its outstanding customer service for the fifth consecutive year — winning the national Service Excellence award in the Not-for-Profit category at the 2016 Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEA).

The award was presented to HCF at the ASEA gala dinner in Melbourne, co-hosted by TV presenter Catriona Rowntree and Michael Pope. To top the Not-for-Profit category Australia-wide is testament to HCF’s strong ethos of putting its members’ health first.

The Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) judges the customer service capabilities of companies across all industries in both the public and private sectors. From this rigorous analysis, HCF was found to demonstrate superior standards of customer service compared to the rest of Australia's large businesses in the category.
