HCF Launches new My Family Product range
Sydney, 1 June 2018 - On 1 June 2018, HCF released the new My Family product range, which following careful consideration and review is tailored to meet the needs of growing families across Australia.
HCF’s Head of Product, Lorraine Thomas commented on the launch of the new product range: “With health costs expected to rise and as more members continue to review their premiums and coverage levels, we have worked to develop a product that offers members comprehensive hospital cover with flexible extras. My Family offers consumers a new choice to support them on their health journey,” she said.
As an additional benefit to members, HCF has partnered with Birth Beat, who was a 2018 HCF Catalyst participant, to provide members with access to an online childbirth education service. Delivered by a registered midwife Edwina Sharrock, Birth Beat provides parents with positive and evidence based information about the birth and first weeks of their newborn’s life, from the comfort of their own homes, wherever they are located in Australia, improving access to members in rural and regional areas.
“We are excited to launch the My Family suite of products, which aligns well with our vision to make health care more affordable, understandable, high quality and customer centric,” Lorraine said.
