FAQs

I am struggling to connect to WI-Fi

To activate your Wi-Fi, you'll need to click on your setting icon, proceed to click on WLAN and on this screen, you'll be able to switch on Wi-Fi

How do I update my apps?

You can update your app through the Google Play button located on the bottom right of your homescreen. You will need to search for the app you're looking to update and once found, you will see an 'update' button.

I have updated my app but now I can't find it

Anytime you update your app, it will go into your apps folder which can be found using the central white icon on your homescreen. Find the app you're looking for, hold your finger down on the icon and drag to your homescreen. You can then continue to drag the icon into the HCF folder.

What type of tablet is it?

The HCF Health Tablet is a customised Lenovo TAB3 7 tablet – a powerful tablet in a versatile, portable size, designed for everyone in the family with splash protection and safe web browsing for kids.

What’s special about the tablet?

More than a regular tablet, it’s our way of helping you reach your health and wellbeing goals – loaded with our collection of Healthy Apps that include 7-minute workouts, guided meditations, healthy meal plans and loads more. It’s also your portal to HCF, with an app to help you manage your account, view your remaining limits and make claims on the go. 

Is my tablet covered by warranty?

What are the Healthy Apps?

The Healthy Apps are a collection of apps made by us to help you reach your health and wellness.

How do I make a claim?

You can make a claim by opening and logging in to the My Membership app. Then, take a photo of the receipt/s you want to claim and send them to us for processing through the app. For more details on how to make a claim visit our how to make a claim page.
