Marta has been a loyal HCF member for 50 years, who sometimes struggles to make ends meet. So when she answered an unexpected phone call from an HCF staff member, her day was transformed.
Stavroula was managing an HCF competition where a member would win a a $2,000 gift card. Marta won the competition, but because Marta didn't have a computer or anyone to help, Stavroula realised Marta couldn't activate the gift card. "I thought, 'What can I do to help Marta? What is the right thing for her as a member?"
