Main Menu Page

 

This page is customised depending on Provider Type and Discipline (e.g. Private Participating Overnight Hospital, Patholgy, General Dentist) and the items you have been given access to by your Administrator.  If you are the administrator for this Provider number, then you will see everything for your Provider Type and Discipline.

 

The Main Menu page is separated into up to seven sections. If there are no items for a particular section this will not be displayed.

 

News Items: News Items are items of particular interest to Providers. They can include information about changes to HCF products, policies, Government legislation that will impact the provider, new items or services from HCF or general industry information.

 

Account Administration: This area has items that allow you to manage your HCF Provider Portal Account. You can change your password, edit your details or, if you have access, set up and maintain other users.

 

Self Service: This area has items that allow you to conduct business with HCF.

 

Downloadables: This area contains files that can be downloaded. These files may be forms, payment schedules or information.

 

FAQs: This area contains the answers to questions frequently asked by providers when doing business with HCF.

 

Admin Processes: Descriptions of processes between providers and HCF.

 

New Features: Highlights features that have been recently added to the HCF Provider Portal that you have access to.

 

Each area will show up to five items. Additional items can be viewed by clicking the ‘more’ link at the top of the area.

 

To end your session click on ‘Logout’ on the top right hand side of the page.
