If you’re on medication or have any health concerns, have a chat to your doctor to put your mind at rest and help you have a healthy pregnancy. Tell them about any pre-conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension and epilepsy which may be aggravated by pregnancy, or may introduce additional aspects of the pregenancy that should be managed.

If you don’t have health insurance, the time to take out pregnancy cover is before you get pregnant. With HCF, you’ll need to plan ahead and take out cover 12 months before the baby is born. Our Top Plus Cover also provides benefits for assisted conception, such as IVF.
